About TGE Innovations

TGE Innovations Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian company doing operational technology and control systems engineering. In practice that is PLC, DCS and SCADA work, drives and motor control, control panel and console build, electrical condition survey, spares supply, and condition monitoring on rotating equipment.

Our head office is in Kuala Lumpur and our operating base for Sarawak work, including panel fabrication and the installation crew, is in Bintulu. Sarawak work permits for the crew are in place. We work across Malaysia, with the heaviest concentration in the Sarawak industrial corridors.

The company is young and the engineering team is not, and it is worth being precise about the difference rather than blurring it.

Work our engineering team has delivered across their careers includes multi-site water and wastewater SCADA, DCS migration executed inside shutdown windows, air separation control, boiler and steam system upgrades, variable speed drive fleet migrations, motor control centre and panel build, operator console projects, and long-running field service on heavy process plant.

Where a client needs project references, purchase order numbers or completion certificates issued under TGE Innovations Sdn Bhd, those are answered under the company, truthfully, and we will tell you plainly which is which. A supplier who blurs that line on a vendor registration form is a supplier who will blur other things later.

• Survey before quotation. A price written from assumptions is a price that changes. For a Sarawak site, looking first costs a morning.
• Assumptions stated where they apply. If part of a scope depends on something we could not confirm, that is written next to the item, not buried in a caveat at the back.
• We will talk you out of work. If a cheaper fix solves it, if the platform is not actually end of life, or if the saving you were promised is not physically available on that duty, you will hear it from us before you spend the money.
• The plant owns its system. Source code, licences, as-built drawings and backups are handed over. A control system you cannot open is a control system you do not own.
• Advisory stays advisory. Monitoring and analytics inform decisions. Interlocks and trips stay in the control system where they belong, and we say so in the design rather than leaving it implied.

The automation work is the foundation and it will stay. On top of it we build five bridges between plant data and AI: TGE Rotating Equipment Prediction, Camera Intelligence, Energy Intelligence, Operations Intelligence and the OT Navigator. Together they make a reliability layer: condition, production context, scheduling and work orders in one place, so that a detected fault becomes a completed repair instead of a line in a report.

The order matters, and we are deliberate about it. Instrumentation, clean acquisition and operating context first. Prediction last. A model on top of a signal nobody trusts produces confident answers to the wrong question, which is worse than no answer at all.
