Being based here changes the engineering, not just the travel
Our team and installation crew are in Sarawak, with Sarawak work permits in place and a fabrication base in Bintulu. What follows from that is practical:
- Survey before quote is affordable. When a site visit is a drive rather than a flight, we can look at the plant before pricing it. That is the difference between a quotation built on what is actually installed and one built on assumptions about it.
- Panels are built near the site they are going to. A panel almost always needs a change once it meets the plant. Locally, that is a day.
- Warranty attendance is a visit, not a mobilisation. Small defects get closed instead of accumulating into a list for the next shutdown.
- The same engineers come back. Continuity on a control system is worth more than any individual visit, because the person who wrote the logic is the person reading the fault.
- Shutdown work is resourced properly. A crew that is already in the state can staff a window at the hours a shutdown actually runs.

Questions we get asked
Are you actually based in Sarawak?
Yes. Our operating base for Sarawak work, including panel fabrication and the installation crew, is in Bintulu. The registered head office is in Kuala Lumpur. Sarawak work permits for the crew are in place.
Do you work at Samalaju Industrial Park?
Yes, and it is where a large share of our project work sits. Site inductions, permit-to-work procedures and contractor safety requirements at the park are part of our normal mobilisation.
Can you support a site in Miri or Sibu?
Yes, planned around access. Response is not the same-day standard we hold for Bintulu and Samalaju, and we will tell you the realistic figure for your location rather than a generic one.
Do you work outside Sarawak?
Yes, across Malaysia. Our head office is in Kuala Lumpur and we deliver projects in the peninsula. What changes outside Sarawak is that attendance is scheduled rather than immediate.
